About Esh’s Storage Barns

Esh’s Storage Barns is a long-standing regional business serving customers across Central Pennsylvania with outdoor structures, storage solutions, and backyard products. Their offerings include sheds, garages, cabins, greenhouses, playsets, gazebos, pergolas, pavilions, outdoor furniture, animal shelters, and hunting blinds.

Because Esh’s has multiple locations and a wide range of product categories, the website needed to support both local customers and shoppers researching larger purchases online before contacting the business or visiting a sales location.

The Challenge

Esh’s needed a more flexible website and stronger campaign foundation that could support a large product catalog, multiple locations, seasonal promotions, paid media traffic, and lead-focused calls-to-action.

The previous Shopify setup was not the best long-term fit for the way the business needed to present product categories, manage content, support promotional updates, and send paid advertising traffic to relevant pages.

The project needed to support:

  • A full website redesign
  • Migration from Shopify to WordPress
  • Improved product category structure
  • Better support for promotions and seasonal campaigns
  • Campaign-ready landing pages and website updates
  • Improved calls-to-action for leads, calls, and visits
  • Meta Ads and SEM traffic
  • Supporting SEO and local visibility improvements

The goal was to create a stronger digital foundation that could support both the customer experience and paid media performance.

Website Redesign & WordPress Migration

SG Media Partners redesigned the Esh’s website and moved it from Shopify to WordPress to create a more flexible, content-focused, and campaign-ready platform.

The new WordPress website was built to better organize the wide range of products Esh’s offers, support future content expansion, improve website management, and create a stronger experience for users researching sheds, garages, cabins, greenhouses, playsets, outdoor furniture, and other outdoor structures.

The website also gave Esh’s a stronger place to send paid media traffic, helping connect campaigns to product categories, seasonal promotions, live inventory visibility, and clearer conversion paths.

Website transformation included:

  • Full website redesign
  • Shopify-to-WordPress migration
  • Improved product category structure
  • Better support for promotions and landing pages
  • More flexible content management
  • Stronger foundation for lead generation

Performance Highlights

Paid media helped Esh’s reach both awareness-stage and high-intent audiences. Meta Ads supported visibility, engagement, seasonal messaging, and website traffic, while SEM captured users actively searching for relevant products and local buying options.

From March through May, Meta Ads generated 629,609 impressions, 22,247 clicks, and 11,004 landing page views. In May alone, paid social delivered 249,178 impressions, 8,586 clicks, a 3.45% CTR, 20,827 page engagements, and 4,694 landing page views.

SEM also became more efficient over time. CTR improved from 3.37% in March to 6.92% in April and 12.90% in May. SEM generated 47 conversions in April and 46 conversions in May, including 25 form fills and 21 click-to-call conversions in May.

Supporting SEO & Local Visibility

Although the primary focus of this case study is the website rebuild and paid media performance, SEO and local visibility also supported the larger strategy. SG Media Partners helped strengthen the foundation for search visibility through keyword research, Google Business Profile updates, listings review, schema planning, review response support, and cleanup work.

This supporting SEO work helped make the website and local presence stronger for both organic visibility and paid campaign traffic.

Supporting SEO and local visibility work included:

  • Initial SEO audit and website review
  • Keyword research for core product categories
  • Google Business Profile updates
  • Listings management review
  • Schema planning
  • Review response support
  • Service area and location visibility considerations
  • Ongoing recommendations for search growth

By redesigning the website, moving Esh’s from Shopify to WordPress, and supporting Meta Ads and SEM, SG Media Partners helped create a stronger digital foundation for both campaign performance and long-term growth.
